Hi, I’m Pooja. A UI/UX Designer living in Kent. I craft brand and digital experiences that blend clarity with impact. My background combines design thinking, problem solving, and an eye for detail.

About me

From a young age, I’ve always been fascinated by design. While other subjects came and went, design and technology was the one I looked forward to most at school. I loved the process of taking an idea and shaping it into something visual, something real. That early curiosity planted the seed for what would eventually grow into a career in design.

I first entered the digital world through front-end development, learning how products are built and how design decisions come to life in code. That technical foundation gave me a unique perspective on how ideas translate from sketches into working products, and it taught me the importance of details that users may never consciously notice but always feel.

It was through that experience that I found my true passion in UI/UX design. The ability to combine creativity with problem-solving and aesthetics with usability resonated with me deeply. Today, I focus on creating digital experiences that are not only functional but also meaningful, blending my early love for design with the technical skills that keep it grounded in reality.

In my free time, I love indulging in a mix of relaxing and enriching activities, including spending time with “my” cat, Billy. I enjoy reading (currently reading “Slow Horses “ by Mick Herron), which fuels my creativity.

Traveling is another passion of mine; I relish the opportunity to explore new cultures, landscapes, and experiences, often finding inspiration for my designs from the environments I visit.

Additionally, long walks are a favorite way to clear my mind, reflect, and recharge, allowing me to return to my projects with fresh ideas and a renewed perspective.
